Uses
As emusifying agent in emulsion flavor

good emulsifying ability and stability in a different range of
PH value.
As tackifier in Gum Base
Gum base sweets made from gum base by adding thisproduct
present no deliquesce and the cutting surfacedisplay tight,
fine and smooth.
As stabilizator in beverages
This product helps product developers suspend
particulateingredients ,improve the stability of added proteins
andenhance the mouthfeel of Iow soluble solids beverages.
